Who runs this site
DoIt International is operated by Bright Hill Company, an independent publisher of practical online utilities. We are a small team of software engineers, editors, and language specialists who have lived and worked across several countries and languages. We built the tools we wished we had ourselves.

Why this site exists
Moving between languages, currencies, and measurement systems is a daily reality for expats, travellers, remote workers, and students. DoIt International brings the everyday tools that situation demands into one quiet, fast, free place: a translator, a dictionary, a synonyms finder, a currency converter, a unit converter, and collections of finance, health, money & travel, and cooking & DIY calculators.
We keep the tools free and lightweight. The site is supported by advertising so it can stay free for everyone. We do not require an account to use any tool, and we do not store the text or numbers you enter beyond your current browser session.
What data we use
The tools run almost entirely in your browser. The text you translate, the words you look up, the amounts you convert, and the values you calculate are processed to produce a result and are not stored on our servers. Some tools send your input to a third-party service to produce the result — for example, the translator sends text to a machine-translation provider, and the currency converter fetches live exchange rates from a rates provider.
We collect basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) for security and to understand aggregate usage. We and third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site or other sites. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
How content is produced
Our calculators are built from documented, standard formulas (for example, the loan payment formula, BMI, and the Widmark BAC equation). Each calculator page states the formula it uses, the source of any rates or constants, a worked example, and the assumptions behind the result. Editorial guides and landing-page copy are written by our editors and reviewed for accuracy and clarity.
Exchange rates come from a public rates API and are refreshed regularly. Unit conversions use internationally recognised conversion factors. We document all of this on our Methodology page.
How content is reviewed
Every calculator and guide is checked by a second team member before publication: the formula is verified against an independent source, the worked example is recomputed by hand, and the copy is read for accuracy and plain language. We re-review calculators when the underlying formula, regulation, or data source changes, and we date our policies so you can see when they were last updated.
