Cómo se calcula esto
This calculator converts an annual salary into hourly, weekly and monthly equivalents. The hourly rate is the annual salary divided by the total working hours in a year (hours per week × weeks per year). The weekly pay is the salary divided by the weeks worked, and the monthly pay is the salary divided by 12.
The hours-per-week and weeks-per-year inputs matter because they set the denominator for the hourly rate. Using 52 weeks assumes you are paid for holidays and vacation; using fewer weeks reflects unpaid time off and raises the implied hourly rate for the time you do work.
All figures are gross (before income tax and social contributions). The model does not deduct tax, account for overtime rates, bonuses, benefits, pension contributions, or the difference between salaried and hourly employment law in different countries. Net (take-home) pay is always lower and varies widely by country — use a local take-home calculator for that.
